* Credit: 660+ score (negotiable), no open bankruptcies.

* Rental History: No evictions or unpaid rent.

* Criminal Background: No felonies in the last 6 years

3. Schedule a Tour

4. Apply (FREE)
After touring, complete the application. Request one or download the fillable form below, and include:

* Valid government-issued ID
* Social Security card/number
* Proof of income (last 2 pay stubs or recent tax return if self-employed)

5. Screening via TransUnion
Once pre-qualified, a background check will be processed via TransUnion.

Must pay a fee $ for each applicant.
